About Community Connections Program

Pioneer Programs’ Community Connections Program (CCP) is a community-based nonprofit, 501©3 community inclusion program for adults with developmental disabilities with significant social communication and behavioral support, such as autism spectrum disorder. We are committed to empowering adults with developmental disabilities to become active members of their community. Our programs are designed to provide meaningful activities, socialization opportunities, and behavioral support in a safe and nurturing environment. Our team of experienced professionals work closely with each individual to develop a personalized plan that meets their unique needs and goals. We believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life regardless of their abilities.
